Golfweek.com’s Ryan Lavner talks with Angelo Papadourakis, Chief Executive Golfer (Officer) of NewSpin Golf about the SwingSmart Golf Analyzer.  

Ryan:  Angelo, like many golfers, sometimes my swing plane gets a little over the top, gets a little underneath. I think you’ve got a device here that golfers could really enjoy.  

Angelo:  This is called the SwingSmart Golf Analyzer.  The SwingSmart system starts with a small sensor group that sits right underneath your grip.  It weighs about 19 grams.

 If you can keep your Tempo going, that means you have this nice smooth ratio, probably 3 to 1 from back swing down to impact.

(We always laugh about it:  The longest walk in golf is where you go from the driving range where you play like the best golfer in the world; and you go to the first tee, and suddenly you’re a 35 handicap and you’re hitting in the ground . . . .)
